Description |
- Dealing with enquiries
- Quoting clients for Hen/ Stag weekends
- Dealing with on
-line bookings through dynamic websites
www.stag-party.co.uk and
www.hen-party.co.uk
- Processing group bookings
- contacting and dealing with suppliers
at various locations throughout the UK
- Christmas enquiries and bookings for Corporate
events/ parties
- Assisting with event management, particularly
at Christmas- General office duties
- filing, invoicing and ordering stationary

| Personal
Specification: |
The ideal candidate
will have good communication skills with an
excellent telephone manner for dealing with
clients and suppliers over the phone. They
will be fully proficient in Microsoft Office
packages primarily Word, Excel, Outlook and
Powerpoint. Creativity, highly organised,
pay attention to detail and reliability are
essential and an interest in event management
preferable.

Working hours
9.00 am to 5.30 pm Monday to Friday. However
during certain seasonal periods, candidates
need to be flexible
